trying to start a program on my new computer with vista os . keep getting msinet.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid. the same program works on my other computer with windows xp . i had the same problem on my neighbors computer also with vista but i run as administrator and it worked fine but not for me. any ideas

yea well probably because its made to run with windows xp

ran a compatibility wizard and tried to run with windows xp but still no luck

it is a hacker program, but was told from them was made to run with vista
