micro word pain in the backside

recently a friend of mine told me that i needed to stick service pack 2 on so he did. since then everytime i try to open a word doc it says installing and asks me for the product key.

as you can imagine... i dont have the key and have no idea where it is.

any advice apart from buying it?

Uninstall SP2, it is nothing but horrors currently.
