memory cooler?

Is a memory cooler worth it? Something like this thing:

Well, if you're doing some extreme overclocking and you need to get every last drop of performance out of your memory, I guess that would be a good idea to use. Otherwise, it's just a waste of money.

Wow thats diff, never seen fans on one before!

But yeah its a bit much really unless u have ddr2 1066 overclocked massively with loads of heat being pumped out of ur cpu etc into ur case.

it comes with corsairs xms series ram, but you can buy it seperatley also

I was just wondering if I should get it cause i'm gonna be getting some other fans so I wondered if maybe I should get that too

lol only 20??? if you buy the corsair ram it costs alot more just to add the fan to it. when i bought my system a little after christmass, if i wanted the RAM with fans on it, i would ahve payed like $100 extra.

Cheap!! wudnt fit in mine tho cos of the Zalman 9700 LED i have, although this is blowing on the memory anyway. The Zalman is great even cools my hdd down loads!!
