Media Cnetre Home Premium Pixelated BADLY!

Hi,
About 3 days ago i upgraded to Vista Home Premium, and i have tried everything, works fine, EXCEPT Media Centre, for some reason its completely pixelated and crap and i cant get past anything, dont worry, theres nothing wrong with your computer veiwing this image, its My Media Centre:

Whats wrong, my specs are in my signature.

Not really sure on the requirements of Media Center but does your video card support Direct X 9.0?

Also, have you installed your video card's drivers?

Might be your graphics card driver. What card is it, also is 32mb of video ram enough for some of the features Vista has?

You really shouldn't be running vista on that system. You have plenty of ram but your graphics card needs replaced. 32mb's isn't good enough for vista!
