Hi, I have a hard drive with Windows XP installed on it. I have another 80gig hard drive that I would like to install mac on. Currently it is just a formatted NTFS disk that I use for data from XP, but I just got rid of all the data and now I want to try to dual boot mac with xp from two different HDs. I have an intel desktop board 945, with a pentium 4 2.66GHz processor, 1.5GB RAM.

Any ideas?

thanks

Well I know how to install OSx on my computer, but my question is, how can i DUAL BOOT with xp? I have two hard drives, so I dont need to do partitioning. Mac can have its own HD

Thanks

Ok I started the install, and it was with the big apple screen (right after it boots from CD) -- so it just has an apple with that thinking icon at the bottom. But then after that goes on for about 1 minute, an "anti" sign comes up right in front of the apple logo. And the thinking icon keeps spinning, but it doesn't load further.

Any ideas?

(by anti icon, i mean that symbol that is a circle with a cross through it)

edit: here is a really messy rendition of what it looks like:
