One of my friends an avid mac lover, though he doesn't know much about them says that when mac computers switch over to intel processors..that windows software will be compatible with them...now i just wanted to see what was up and if he had any kind of credit to that story

not sure, I heard that you will be able to run windows on mac's but with some kind of hack that is not really legal. Thats about the extent I've heard of it.

Yea there movein to them, there goin to bring out a mini mac with an intel cpu after the summer

Mac Already went to Intel they released a new laptop called Macbook pro and a new iMac today. http://www.apple.com/ . and i read somewhere before that they have made it so windows will not work on it. but maybe there is a hack yes.

I'm sure their where be a emulator or something around soon.

I'm sure in the end they'll be able to run windows one way or another on them. But the only thing is, are you going to be able to play pc only compatible games on them? Thats my only Concern, and untill I find that out, I'm going to hold back and stick with buying dual vx922 with a 7800gtx.

Yes, this is true. I just saw the morning news and Apple stocks are at an all time high. iPod are number one in the MP3 industry and now they're new PC will soon boost more than ever in Apple history. Things are looking very bright for Apple. Again, just like Intel CPUs, if Apple can turn things around with compatibility issues, I will be an Apple person. Whatever offers the best, I'm for it. Way to go Apple....
