Looking for a RCA to VGA adapter

I have been looking on the web for a while for one of those. i am basically hooking up my 360 to my monitor/tv. I have the 3 prong RCA adapter for the 360 right now that includes: Red, white, yello (For no HD) and then: Red, Blue Green for the HD portion. i am looking for a converter that has a femal RCA plugs to fit any set of those that leads to a VGA or HDMI connecter. if you have any places where i could get that, it would be awsome or any other ideas.
