logitech g7 button problem

hi i just bought a g7 and the button 1 how can i put this erm it clicks twice like if you press it a little it click then when u press it down more it clicks again its very annoying dose anyone have the same problem ? an no how to fix it thanks

So when you press it a little it double clicks, and the harder you press it the more it clicks?

Have you checked the settings in the mouse driver software? Its possible something is set as double click when you want a single click. I don't have any experience with the G7 but that would be my guess. Check the settings and see what the software is saying that button should do and see if you can change it to what you want to.

no, it make 2 clicking noises i dont mean it double clicks on the pc just make 2 clicking noises instead of one

Yeah, I was going to say what MattieDaShark83 did, but he said it keeps clicking. But it doesn't click at all.. it just makes the clicking noise?

Well, if you got it mailed to you something might have jiggled lose.

it works fine the mouse as it would normaly just it make 2 clickin noises instaed of one
