Load webpages on a timer

I need firefox to go down a list of webpages, load one, wait thirty seconds, load the next, etc. in a loop. Does anybody know of a firefox extension that will do this, or have another clever solution?

Or, if you know of a free macro program, preferably for linux, that can do this kind of thing, that would work as well.

use IE and set each on as a homepage then open IE. then watch ur comp crash..lol thts all i can think of
