LCD Monitor Power Supply

Im am looking to make a LCD monitor(not laptop) to run off of my desktop PC's
power supply. (im going to try to make a "portable desktop" out of my PC)

Im pretty sure it is possible, but i haven't an idea how to do it.

I have a case (generic atlas brand here in australia) that can fit two power supplies inside. Try looking for such a case.
