Hi there, I have an Asus F5N which came preinstalled with Vista Premium and it was slooooooow, I have downgraded it to xp and miss the features of vista an i can easily upgrade ram but my 2.2GHz Single Core AMD Turion 64 I feel could do with being replaced with a better one and my 128mb Graphics Memory i feel is poor aswell, however i have not heard of Upgrading the CPU and GPU's on Laptops, and I am asking if it is possible, thanks, Josh

Well, sorry to say but replacing the CPU and video card in a relatively new system is very difficult. If you don't care for this computer too much then go for it. But if it is your primary computer than I would not even be considering it. What I recommend is doing a hard drive format, that is if you have nothing on the computer that you care too much about. But that might not even be of much help because single core and Vista do not really mix too well, especially on a laptop.
