I would have to say the Asus is a better buy. I'm not an expert but I'm fairly sure the Asus will perform much better when it comes to graphics intensive stuff. That's the only difference I see.

Be sure to register it once you get it, although I admit they make it a little tricky; once registered you get 12 months of accidental replacement on the thing.
