Thanks to eBay's fees, my budget has gone to $750 for a gaming laptop. I found a Gateway P-6860FX 17" notebook. How are these specs for gaming?

I found this for around $700 new.
 
Even then, the specs you posted seem alright. DDR2-667 isn't too bad and a 1.83GHz Core2Duo with a 2Mb L2 can get the job done alright. Cheers to the good find :)
