I have a laptop which when you wiggle the power charger that connects to the wall, it will turn off. WHen you leave it at a certain spot , it will charge just fine but as soon as you move it in a different location , it will stop charging and sometimes just shut off.

I agree. I have replaced many laptop charging ports and that tends to be the source of the problem.

So you guys dont think it can be from the cable that plugs into the wall since i do wiggle it around , it does work . Also when i wiggle it again , it will turn off.

What kind of laptop is this, and what type of charger are you using? If you grab the power cord right at the tip and wiggle it around, does it move more than it should?

It is either a bad cord or the plug is coming desoldered from the board. I've had both happen to me with different computers. If it's a bad cord, the connection break is usually right up at the front of the wire, so you can strip and resolder it instead of replacing the whole thing.
