lagging computer?

hey guys, i have a big problem.. so.. if my computer sits here for a good 15 20 min., the computer barely moves from screen to another screen.. if it sits for like 25-30 min, it takes a good 13 min for the internet to turn on.. my other computer doesnt do that but i was wondering if maybe i messed somthing up, or is this normal?

Hey, I just notice you're from Salt Lake. I use to live near there in Provo. My dad still lives in Orem. Ok, that's was a bit out there but you don't see a lot of people from Utah coming in here.

You can go into Task Manager and look in "Process" tab to see what's running. Run normal maintenance on the PC first to see if that solves anything. Scan for viruses and spyware, delete temp files. Restart or boot into Safe Mode if it lags in there too.
