KT4 Ultra MS - 6590 Version : 1.0

I am having problems starting up the computer/motherboard,KT4 Ultra MS - 6590 Version : 1.0. I have all the hardware connected to the PSU. The only thing I can think of is that the PSU has been damaged or the Front Panel Connectors: JFP1 & JFP2 have been damaged. I have tried switching it on at the front, but no luck. Does anyone have any ideas ?
