Well, I have replaced the Pentium 200MHZ machine with the Celeron 366MHZ machine. Well, It booted and all that, and it resetted the CMOS. The only thing is, the keyboard is completely unresponsive for some reason. It powers up, but that's it. I tried using the mouse port, tried to use a USB keyboard, but nothing. It powers up, but that's is. The num light isn't on, and will not come on.

I am stpumped. IOf you need the specs, tell me.

Go into the BIOS and check that USB emulation is ON, and check that it's set to recognise USB keyboards.

Can you try another PS2 one?

I tried another keyboard and it doesn't work. And, of course, how can I go to BIOS when there's a keyboard problem? :p

Do you have any physical problems with the keyboard PS/2 port on the motherboard? Also try a USB to PS/2 adapter for your keyboard. But if the OS is 98 or earlier, I don't believe you will have USB keyboard support, not certain on this though. Try that, and tell me what you come up with.
