ISO's ???????????

Okay I was wondering if any1 cud tell me how to make a bunch of bin & cue files into an OS install disc. EX:

NR1PFRE_EN.bin NR1PFRE_EN.cue
NR1PFRE_EN.bin NR1PFRE_EN.cue
on two folders called disc 1 and disc 2
there is also a MSinfo file (that i can't open)
and a crack that is also in bin & cue form
MCE2005_CRACK.bin MCE2005_CRACK.cue

are these game cracks, if so it is illegal and we do not support that here
