IF I want a iSO program to run when I put the cd in the drive and then boot up my PC do I need to just burn the ISO file to the CD and then just put it in the pc so the program does what it suppose to do or do I need to make the CD a bootable CD and then burn it to the CD?

If I do have to make a bootable CD, how do I do that, please?

thx

it depends. if you are burning an OS iso then it automatically will boot...atleast it does for me...and i use NERO to burn these images.

Otherwise, you need to get a burning utility such as Nero to burn the disks...and most of them have the option "Burn Bootable Disk".

I think I belong to confused.com here

ok, like download a iso program, such as google.com and put free iso software, browse around, once you have downloaded one you like, it should say someting about burning it to disk, well you need to make it a IMG for it to boot up at the start.

theirs guides on google.com on how to burn .iso disk
