Interrupts?

I got the program process explorer

and it says that...

Process: Interrupts
CPU: 67.65 (i think this is cpu usage correct me if im wrong)
Description: Hardware Interrupts

can any one explain this to me
plz and thx

AMD 3500+, 1gig ram, MCE 05, Geforce 6500 (added to me comp about 2months ago)

doesn't look lagit to me. try ending teh process, if things improve, then run a virus and antispyware scan. if things stop working, restart and you'll be fine.

ive tried ending the process wont let me for some reason
