can you realy make money from them sites that have you register to other sites or try thier products? by registering to other sites will all of those sites send you junk mail to your real life mailbox?

A few of those types of sites are actually legitimate. Which ones, however, I have no clue. Before signing up for something like that, be sure you read EVERYTHING multiple times, including the fine print. I don't know about flooding your mail. I have never tried one of these sites, but a lot of them actually have you subscribe to a service you have to pay for. I remember looking at a site to get a "free" Xbox 360, but it said you had to sign up for like... 10 different companies that you have to pay for (like NetFlix, Rhapsody, a bunch of other crap like that).
