Installation Problem

ok im trying to install head coach on my family computer so my dad can try it, he said one of his friends at works plays it every night and he wants to try it , should work well because he doesnt have very good hand-eye coordination(by todays standards ) and never plays games, and i want to see if i can finally play him in something that doesnt require that
anyways here is my problem

stupid question but your at the latest version right?
do u have a gpu that can run this
another stupid question haha just got to ask
try downgrading to a lower version of dx9
sometimes that can help the problem

well it needs 9.0c, so downgrading wouldnt help, but yes i downloaded the latest version from microsoft and installed it(which it did it instantly) it should be able to run this old of a game, i know it meets the reqs, only problem might be the 256mb of ram .
