Incredimail question?

I've used Incredimail Premium for a few years but I've been reading that it can cause problems with my computer due to a bloated registry and other problems with the Program..I'm starting to wonder if it's caused any of my reformats..I know every time i re format and install it it works great but after using it awhile I get intermittent crashes....Is it really worth keeping?..I'm running WinXP

hmm....idk, but my mom used incredimail on her comp for a while and it crashed a few times randomly and she lost her inbox so i just got rid of it. i didnt hear about the regristry thing. sry this isnt really helping, but i had trouble with it to.
