Importing contacts from Entourage to ACT!

Hi,

I want to import all my contacts from Microsoft's Entourage on an Apple running OSX to ACT! on a Dell running Windows XP.

We've already tried importing the contacts list from Entourage into ACT!, but ACT! will not recognize the file format of the list.

Any ideas on the simplest and best way to do this?
