I want to upgrade my computer and i need some advise.

I think of upgrading my computer, because its outdated.

my budget is about $370

my specs are

AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Venice
Motherboard: Nforce 4 Gigabyte K8 Triton Series (PCI-Express) This motherboard can handle FX64
RAM: 512 DDR
Graphic Card: Nvidia 6200 256mb TurboCache
PowerSupply: 450Watts

So whats the parts i need to upgrade to make it run smoothly on vista.
I'am not serious gamer i play games like css,pes6 and those kinds of games.
for multimedia i use photoshop, swish and other multimedia software but not maya or 3dmax.
I think of changing the cpu, ram and graphic card

well for that much you could get a whole new mobo cpu and ram I am in the uk and for around $230-$240 i can get 2gb ram a motherboard and amd athlon x2 3600+ then spend the $153 on a video card or use your existing video card

if you bought all that you would have $152.03 left to spend on a new video card you could get an 8600 for that money
Although the cpu seems pretty bad it can overclock higher

If that board is socket AM2 then you could just buy an athlon x2 and the ram although getting a new motherboard would also be beneficial as well because the current board only supports ddr and not ddr2
