I have a Belkin 5 port usb pci card...

you can actually see 4 ports, but the fifth is on the end of the card, inside the computer case...

what's that one for...? I'm thinking maybe for cases that have the front usb ports that have a cable that you have to plug into the usb ports in the back of your system (the one's on the mobo)

am I way off...?

You could use it for loads of things, like card readers that fit in your drive bays etc, tons of options.
