When you go to best buy or other computer stores and stuff, you see the computers on display, and when you click start, it only shows like shut down computer and all programs and it doesnt let you go on stuff and I was wondering if theres a program to do this to the "guest" file on windows xp.

Not sure, alot of shops like that just load up registry values that delete things like that, and when they need to be restored, they just back up the original registry - trust me I did work experience at Currys

What I hate even more is when the computer is locked to the log-in menu. Seriously, how is that going to sell a 1700 monitor.
