how to set my bandwidth if possable

i want to listen to a radio station and the say my bandwidth is set on 0. where do i change this

We need more info to go on. What program are you using? Do you mean your bandwidth from your ISP? Please elaborate more.

well depends on the radio your using such as :
1)windows media radio/msn radio/winamp radio/music match/ ect....

choosing a radio station will ask you for the quality of the radio station...then you set your bandwith to:
1) Low 2) Medium 3) cd quality 4) high
