Just to let you know, Pentium D processors run hot. I have a 3.0 Dual Core Pentium D, and it averages 55 degrees C, which is about 7 degrees C below what the data sheets say the average should be. I think what you have will cool it adequatley if you don't mind it being a little warm. I would reccomend a better HSF if you want it to run cooler.
