how can you extend your wifi range? am i right in thinking you need something like an access point that you put in range of your wifi signal that will then boost it further?
Try searching for Wifi attenas. I will look around a little later to show you what I mean but I know you can get attenas that can boost your signal quite substantially. How far do you want to push it?
Repeaters are the first thing that comes to my mind, altho there are stronger antennas out there. Depending on the wireless card you have will determin avalibility.
