How do i get good Reputation, and what ranks are there?

The ranks are as follows:
Newbie ~ 0-50 posts
Junior Member ~ 50-100 posts
Member ~ 100-500 posts
Senior Member ~ 500-1,000 posts
Guru ~ 1,000+ posts
Just post constructive and worthwhile posts and you'll be fine. Try not to spam or do anything stupid just for the sake of jacking up your post count.
As for reputation points, you'll need to earn them. Repeatedly asking for them won't do you any good. In fact, I might note that prolonged asking would give you negative reputation points, which is why asking doesn't do you any good.
