You wouldn't go to a web site but use a good system information tool that provides a lot of detailed information. A good little free system information gatherer found here is the System Info for Windows tool you can grab at http://www.gtopala.com/
That will give you the manufacturer's name and model information for cpu, memory, hard drives, board, video, sound, even tv tuner cards. It also shows you cpu temps, voltages along with what programs are installed. That often includes other information you will want to keep private like user accounts, product keys, etc.
