How Can I Find My Cpu's An Ati's Temperatures ????

HI ALL, gettining a bit out my depth of knowledge at the moment, trying to find out if over heating of the cpu or the graphics card is behind my computer crashin while runnin this one game in particular. i have done some reserach, i looked to amds site for software to help me find the temp, on the advice an link frm 1 website but could not find. but it also said there should be intagrated software or something on the computer that i could monitor the temp with , or is there any good freeware you mights recommend,....................................................... please guys im outta my deph here i like traded in over twenty half decsent pc games for two games, of which would just not work, until i restored my pc back about to 2 monthes ago, which go's to show the state it was in, ive done all the new drivers, an optimised the computers performance

Press F2 on bootup and have alook in your BIOs for the tempratures

Check the BIOS aswell. Could be F1, F2, F10, Del key, depending on the BIOS make
