operating system is the windows linux or mac. I think you answered it right... I assume there were different choices since you chose something you didn't even know about...

I answerd the applications rite, i wrote:


Application software comes with Microsoft works, Application software is a programmed program that is programmed to do what you tell it to do by using the computer, they are used for a lot of things like the list below:

Excel is used for finical figures

Front page is used for web developing for web users.

MS paint is used for quick picture editing and for people to learn drawing art on computers.

Publisher can be used to create all kinds of things e.g. banners, business cards, posters, Post cards and greeting cards.

PowerPoint is used to do slide shows and presentations.

Microsoft word is used for writing letters and other quick word use.

an operating system is the program so to speak that controls all that the ocmputer does. It contorls all of the hardware to make it do what it does.. i don't really know how else to explain it...
