Help with a video card upgrade??

Hi, I am looking into a video card upgrade, but I don't know exactly what I need. I have an Intel Pentium 4 Processor, 2gb DDR RAM, and currently a Nvidia Quadro FX 1000 Video card. I have an AGP slot, and a PCI slot. Not too sure what I need. Will this one work? http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/PID-MX25561(ME).aspx

Typically I would prefer the Sapphire over the XFX card for the two ATI cards seen listed. But recently when a friend updated his older ATI 9800 All in Wonder 512mb card with a Sapphire 3650 model the fan on the sink fell off! Ouch!

Until he gets around to replacing the crt still in use as well as getting into another brand he is back using another oldie card. But that was the only complaint heard with that brand as well in some time. It's certainly much newer then the present card but you may want to shop around a bit at other vendors you can order from to see what is available as far as the newer models.
