Okay I'm new to this site(Hello Everyone), about 2 or 3 years ago my brother got me a computer. He worked at Unisys. He got me a Compaq evo d300v tower with Microsoft windows xp. Since that time my brother passed away, and I didn't get the chance to fix my problem. MY QUESTION: My computer does'nt recognize the usb cords from my Dell Printer, or Kodak Digital camera. However it does recognize the usb cord from the cable company in either port. Everytime I try to use these devices the computer tells me there's a cable unplugged. All the hardware has been successfully downloaded for these two devices. What if anything am I doing wrong? I know very little on the technical side of computers, and before I take it to a shop, or just go buy a new tower, I thought maybe someone could help me? Thanks.......GreatLakesLen
