Help I'm Retarded

Does anyone know how to restore a dell pc without getting to the desktop. I forgot my password to my computer and i know for hp its hit f10 repeatedly and you can do a restore from there.

Try Ctrl + F11 when you restart.

Your Dell should have come with a recovery disk. Use that if you have it.

If that doesn't work, there is something else you can do. Log into safe mode. When you get to the desktop, go to account settings and delete the password.

Thanks to both of you...Went ahead called dell they wouldnt tell me nothing since the pc was not mine i got it from work and they bought it 2 years ago..Anyways I got her to tell me the ctrl+f11 and it actually jus got done restoring wish i wouldve waited a few mins for someone to respond to this post as I wouldve like to save all my files and everything I had on the pc but OHH WELL!!!!! thats what happens when ur dumb
