Help I am not sure what my mac is doing

Please help!

My mac is having issues. For some reason, my mac won't show me pictures of products when I am internet shopping. I can see images on google images and on the front of websites, but when I am viewing for example, a dress on the John Lewis website, it has the name of the object but no picture. It takes a while to load and then it just turns into a small question mark. I have checked java script and its on.

Please help!

What browser are you using? If you're using Safari, try Firefox to see if it helps. If not it could just be the host being weird. Does work on other websites?
