hello can any 1 help me with hard drive

i just recently upgraded mobo cpu ram and i have installed everything but my hard drive is giving me bsod 07b code because i cant install the chipset drivers without getting on to windows when i try to get on to windows it restarts any help greatly appreciated

start in safe mode while windows boots or use the repair mode R of a windows installation disk.

What version of Windows are you using? IIRC you cant change the mobo on vista without having to reinstall the OS, but M$ may have changed this since I last heard.
