harddrive for Ps2

i recently purchased the hdloader and am wondering does it matter if i buy a 2mb buffer or 8mb buffer as a hard drive?, just to save me a few bucks.

well you will suffer in performance. Most people only have 2mb of cache though.

2 Meg will generally do - I doubt you'll be using much that will show any difference with 8 Megs Cache over the 2.

What do you need a Hard Drive for the Playstation for?

Get an xbox!

Anyway, 8Mb one. 2Mbs are laggy, crap, slow and terribly annoying and the fact that the 8mb is like £2 more its rather cheap than not to opt.
