Hard Error 000021

ok, so um trying to reinstall XP Pro and reformat a HD, an when i put in the CD an it detects all the computer stuff at the blue screen, then once its done an starts to load windows, i get this error...

Hard Error 000021 Unknown Error
/system32/ntdll.dll

i tried diff hard drives, diff cables, diff power cables, ect.... an never seen this before...

Ideas?

Huh. I was going to suggest trying a different drive, but I see you already did that. It could be a memory issue too. Try with one stick at a time.
