Gullwing case mod

Has any one seen any case mods where the side of the case opens like a gullwing? And yes I have already Googled, Yahoo'ed, and MSN'ed and no joy there.

Ok I exstracted the link. That just hindges in the back. I was looking for one that opens to the top. Like half of the top plate is attached to the side panel and opens as one.

That doesn't show either. Displays as a health type bar you'd see in a game with a 0 at the bottom of it...

I've never seen a case mod like that, but it'd be really kewl for someone to make one. I can imagine what it could look like, and pretty good if done right
