Graphics card problem

Cut a long story short.

I have no AGP slot only Pci's
Now i know the Pci gfx cards are slower than the agp
Would i be wise in changing my motherboard?
I have a bit of money to spend i see motherboards are around the £80-120 mark. i have about this to spend on a gfx card too.

Can anyone recommend a motherboard and gfx card for me?
I have a Intel Celeron 2.6gHz processor.
Do you need any more info?

any helpers would be great

What are the key specs you are looking for with a gfx card then? I see those 2 above are only 128mb video memory where as there are 256mb for cheaper, is this not such an important factor?

256 is the best idea, lots of nice RAM.
