graphics card ???

im going to buy a second hand nvidia 8800gtx for a 2008 computer(pentium 4@3.06ghz)
as a secondary pc and is this card any good?? it is 768mb.

my friend used an OC'd 8800GT for about 4 years without needing to upgrade. It's a good card for a slightly older system.

i had the 8800GTS 320MB. and it was great. it got me through Crysis and Modern Warfare 2. I OC'd it of course, but because of the small amount of memory it didn't handle AA very well.

im picking the card up for $40 because it is second hand from a computer store.
im shure that its rrp is about $500-600 not shure.
