good modded game?

whats a good game to mod? i will purchase it if i need to but i have modded oblivion like crazy! i need another game to do this with any good ideas?

Morrowind offers a lot in terms of modding and is a bigger game than Oblivion, so perhaps it would be an idea to give that a go? You could also play about with the Elder Scrolls Construction Kit that comes with it, allowing you to change different aspects of the world (NPCs, buildings and terrain etc.).

yeah i own morrowind but never really played it. i can't get the constructor set to work for oblivion i have no idea whats what or what to do there.
