Would the following please the modern gamer (or you)? In other words, are these good items to get for a gaming PC? I'm on a low budget, so...

Anyways, let's start, shall we?

So, what do you think? :)

I don't think that that build will do very good with a lot of the games out right now. Might want to look at a build from scratch.

Oops, JogaBonito beat me to it.

Well, maybe not play games like Crysis at high settings, but a little lower like RA3, C&C3, and the like.

And, I'm not sure about starting from scrap. No support, a LOT of research, and hard to setup. So, I'm not sure...

Set up is easy.
Research...well, we'll do it for you.
Support...go to www.computerforums.org.

There are many guides out there that teach you how to build computers. It's not too hard. Main rule is, if it doesn't fit, then it doesn't go. Depending on the company your costumer service might be better off here. If you have any problems or if you get something DOA, all you have to do is RMA. It will take a while, but it would take even longer and possibly cost you if it was name brand.

Give us your budget and we'll get something for you.

Do you see my sig? That build cost me $400. I'm sure with price drops and such you can get a similar build. I think my build with a better video card would suit you perfectly. Other members welcome to chime in on this idea.

Just wait a little longer and save up. It's not worth it to hurry up and build the computer. Just save up a month or so more and you can build a great computer.

couldn't have offered any better advice. Save up is the key thing to do...not worth buying now all the cheap stuff...as it won't perform for what you want (saying you're a gamer)...and the cheaper the less quality.

Saving up is your best bet!!...try another $300.00 and trust me...with $700.00 and change...you can put together a wicked computer.
