It's good, with a few exceptions:

Instead of getting a socket 940 Athlon 64 fx 53, get the socket 939 version which is newer. This would mean you'd need a different motherboard, ie a socket 939 one. Asus has one out already. These will be the same price as the ones you have listed, so there's no reason not to go with socket 939. Also, just so you know nforce3 150gb are not too great. Get either a k8t800 motherboard or an nforce3 250gb motherboard (and make sure it's compatible with your processor (ie same socket)). I'd also recommend going with a pair of 512Mb sticks of pc3200 instead of pc2700.
