Going to build

Well I'm about to build my 1st computer. I am on a tight budget. About $300. Heres what I have so far:

I was thinking of using my Dell Dimension 2400 case, HDD, CD ROM, and PSU temperately until I have some extra cash. So basically everything is not going to be Dell anymore lol. But I do have 2 questions. Would all this hardware work properly with the mobo? And do I need anything else?

i can tell you that the 512MB of memory on that video is going to be wasted. The architecture of that video card won't be able to keep up with the high resolutions and AA/AF that actually use the RAM. To be honest, you should be good with a little more cash, then buy things. The Pentium D will do you no good, you should go AMD on such a budget.

I got that card and I love it...its great I can run duel monitors and play CS and WoW on max settings while still alt tabbing between windows no prob

don't forget a heat sink for that processor
