PSU - Corsair AX-750
Mobo - Gigabyte P67-UD5 B3 STepping
CPU Cooling - Corsair H70
Graphics - XFX Hd6870 Black edition
HDD - Western Digital 1TB Sata 3 6GB/S
Memory - ???

Just comment and tellme if i am bottle necking or what i need to upgrade or downgrade.

wow... that rig is awesome.
the next thing i would upgrade is the graphic card.
it's not a bad GPU. i am just saying the next thing.
you god the newest from intel. also the new genaration from ATI, but it is just a bit lower then mid end of the serie.

i see no bottlenack.

What do you think if i changed the GPU into a 6950 2GB MSI or XFX or should i get another card. (my budget for graphic card is around the 250-330$ price range)

i will defently not buy an 6950 if you allready have an 6870. the performance difference will not be worth the money.
will.... unless you are willing to bios unlock it. then it might be.

thats what is so nice about the 6950. but if you are not into all this overclocking and tweaking, then i will rather go for crossfire.

so if i where you i will go for crossfire 6870 or buy a 6950 and bios unlock it to a 6970.
will... if i where you i will go for an gtx 570.. but.... i dont think that thats what you want.
