GF4 MX on Media Center?

I need a cheap solution to getting my old celeron to view on my TV and was wondering if the GeForce 4 MX440 series would be enough to run Media Center at an acceptable performance...here is a link to something i'm looking at getting...

umm i think even like an ati rage 128 would run it well lmao
